Using a two inch flat brush with a touch of linseed oil to prevent dragging, I dragged continuous horizontal tracks of glorious Cerulean Blue, warm sunset gold, and lavender-grey across the horizon. By massing the distant city skyline into interlocking geometric slabs and grounding the base with a vast, liquid water runway of vertically dragged bridge reflections, the canvas captures the raw, physical majesty of the Thames.
